Experience
Becky has worked in costs law since 2012 and qualified as a costs lawyer in August 2017. She joined R Costings in December 2021.
Becky has a wealth of experience in dealing with various areas of costs law. Initially specialising in Court of Protection costs until around 2015 when she broadened her experience to include claims involving personal injury, clinical negligence, commercial claims and audits. Becky has been involved in the preparation of multi-million pound Bills of Costs both on her own and as part of a team. In addition, Becky has prepared high value and complex Costs Budgets.
Becky has extensive experience in handling matters from cradle to grave and enjoys getting stuck in to negotiations to obtain the best possible settlement for clients.
In addition, Becky enjoys working with clients to ensure that their recovery is maximized and works closely with clients to provide advice on-time recording and provide suggestions as to how to improve assessment outcomes.
