As stated by Part 6 of the Cost Practice Direction, legal Cost Estimates are a significant factor in a Solicitor’s recoverable costs. Lord Justice Jackson, in his recommendations, highlighted the importance of Cost Estimates as one of the many foundations of his reforms. Once we have produced a Bill of Costs, we will then serve it to the paying party, and negotiate it on your behalf. We handle as aspects of the process, meaning you can relax, knowing that it is in good hands.

Stage 6

Free door-to-door return of your files.

At the end of your project, our in-house courier service will deliver them back to you free of charge.
