About this service.

When negotiations have reached an impasse, a Detailed Assessment hearing may be required. Our Costs Lawyers and Draftsmen all have a wealth of experience and can attend on your behalf at short notice.

Our team will prepare all documents and bundles necessary for Detailed Assessment hearings in accordance with the Rules and Practice Directions.

We will review legal costs from both sides, and ensure that our instructing Solicitor’s position is protected before preparing a full advice accordingly to the instructing Solicitor following our review. We are happy to attend at Court to argue on behalf of the instructing Solicitor, and once a detailed assessment is complete, a full report and breakdown of the resulting award, as well as the terms of the Order made, will be prepared and dispatched the very same day.

We’ll keep you up-to-date on how your project is progressing, and our team will be on-hand to answer any questions you might have.

Stage 5

We negotiate & collect payment on your behalf.

Once we have produced a Bill of Costs, we will then serve it to the paying party, and negotiate it on your behalf. We handle as aspects of the process, meaning you can relax, knowing that it is in good hands.

Stage 6

Free door-to-door return of your files.

At the end of your project, our in-house courier service will deliver them back to you free of charge.
