» Preparation of Bills of costs

We pride ourselves on our accurate preparation and prompt turnaround of Bills of Costs and specialise in civil, matrimonial, criminal and personal injury areas. Our aim is to return the file, together with any Bills of Costs or completed work within ten working days.

Our charges amount to 5.5% of profit costs.

» Preparation of Points of Dispute and Replies

We are able to prepare Points of Dispute/Replies utilising our experience, knowledge and by taking a realistic standpoint on issues raised.

An hourly rate commensurate to Grade C/D fee earner is applied according to complexity.

» Conducting Detailed Legal Costs Assessment Hearings and Appeals

We regularly attend Detailed Assessments throughout the country and enjoy a good relationship with the County Courts and Supreme Court Costs Office.

An hourly rate commensurate to Grade C fee earner is applied.

Whatever the difficulties the receiving or paying parties are faced with, we
can approach matters realistically and not just state ‘what is wanted to be
