Lee became involved in Legal Costs in 2003 following employment with a leading Insurance Company, joining the firm in 2005. Lee has attained rights of audience at Court to conduct litigation, following qualification as a Costs Lawyer.
He has an all-round knowledge of legal costs, in both representing Claimant and Defendant interests, proving an advantage when advocating at Court to justify or oppose claims for costs.
In recent times, Lee has prepared Bills in practically all areas of legal costs, including high value personal injury, clinical negligence and private retainer agreements on often complex cases. Lee has also maintained a particular interest in Conditional Fee Agreement and Collective Conditional Fee Agreement cases.
Lee has also prepared articles for Legal Journals on current costs issues.
Out of the office Lee is a keen footballer, playing at semi professional level and regularly attends live music events.
