Katie graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2006 where she read Criminology. Her career in costs began soon after when she joined a large Defendant costs company, who represent some of the industries largest and most reputable insurance companies within the UK. Katie joined R Costings in 2010 as a Law Costs Draftsman and specialises in preparing Bills of Costs in personal injury and clinical negligence cases, with a particular interest in Conditional Fee Agreement, trade union funded and legal expenses insurance cases. Representing both Claimant and Defendant interests has provided Katie with valuable all-round knowledge in costs.

Out of the office, Katie is a keen skier and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
