Director/Law Costs Draftsman
Paul has been in legal costs since 1994 having worked for several large leading law firms prior to forming R Costings Ltd in 2002. He has been involved with substantial and heavy litigation and regularly attends hearings nationwide for a broad spectrum of clients. He specialises in commercial, civil litigation, clinical negligence, personal injury, criminal and House of Lords/Privy Council. He has recently become a tutor for the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen. Outside the field of legal costs Paul is a single figure handicapped golfer, a keen football supporter and enjoys a day at the races whenever he can find the time.

:: Peter Jones LL.B (Hons),
Law Costs Draftsman
Before training as a Law Costs Draftsman Peter read law at Nottingham Trent University. He has dealt with the preparation of bills of costs in practically every area and is a skilled advocate having attended many detailed assessments throughout the country, both justifying and opposing bills. Peter has an all round knowledge of civil procedure and costs, specialising in the preparation and justification of high value claims on behalf of Trade Union members and retaining a particular interest in Collective Conditional Fee Agreements. In his spare time Peter enjoys both playing and watching football and golf.

Following employment with a leading insurance firm Lee became involved in legal costs in 2003. He has an all round knowledge of the different areas of costs proving an advantage as Lee has represented both the Claimant and Defendants interests. Lee’s recent work consists of Trade Union member representation under Collective Conditional Fee Agreements and work under Conditional Fee Agreements. Lee has attended Detailed Assessment hearings nationwide. He specialises in personal injury, legal aid and criminal matters. Out of the office Lee is a keen footballer and plays at semi-professional level.

:: Rebecca Robson LL. B (Hons) AALCD,
Law Costs Draftsman
Rebecca has worked in legal costs since 2000 following completion of her law degree at the University of Glamorgan and has recently qualified as an Associate of the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen. She has represented both the Claimant and Defendants interests and has undertaken bill preparation in a number of areas to include civil, family, criminal and Court of Protection work.

Law Costs Draftsman
Nicola joined R Costings in 2002 from a major London based law firm and now has over twelve years experience in legal costs dealing with a wide variety of general litigation including personal injury, matrimonial, legal aid and clinical negligence. Nicola is a qualified aerobics instructor and has recently successfully completed a NCFE course in Stress Management.

Louise has been costing for almost 15 years preparing bills in all areas of Law including Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Court of Protection. She specialises in all areas of family law both private law and public law proceedings. Out of work Louise is a busy mum of two boys and enjoys practising yoga.
